Job Details

As a Product (UX) Designer at our client, you will be pivotal in crafting exceptional user experiences for all users of the platform, from developers to end customers. Your role will involve designing intuitive, engaging, and effective interfaces that simplify complex interactions and ensure a seamless user journey. Collaborating with product, engineering, and marketing teams, you will create user-centered solutions that enhance the functionality and appeal of our platform, supporting the company's mission to build the first billion-endpoint-connected, direct-to-satellite global Bluetooth network. Your designs will be instrumental in making their technology accessible and impactful for a diverse range of users.

Basic Requirements:
At least 5+ years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions for web and mobile platforms.
Expertise in conducting user research, including interviews, usability testing, and surveys, to inform design decisions and improve user experiences.
Advanced skills in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar UI/UX design software.
Experience in SaaS Platforms: Familiarity with designing for Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platforms or similar complex web-based systems.
Experience with Data Visualization: Skills in designing effective data visualizations to communicate complex data insights clearly and engagingly.
Proficiency in Front-End Development: Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to better understand the technical constraints and possibilities of your designs.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to translate complex requirements into intuitive and user-friendly designs.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and articulate design concepts and decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Proven track record of identifying user pain points and designing creative, practical solutions that enhance usability and overall user satisfaction.
Deep understanding of UX methodologies, including wireframing, prototyping, user journey mapping, and information architecture.
Exceptional attention to detail in design execution, ensuring high-quality and polished deliverables.

Strongly Desired:
Knowledge of IoT Technologies: Understanding of IoT concepts, and their implications for user experience design.
Mobile Design Experience: Experience designing for mobile platforms, including an understanding of mobile user interface principles and constraints.
Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and how they impact the design and development process.
